Nice surroundings but restaurant is poorly managed.

Waiters pleasant but more interested in talking than looking after customer needs. (We were a table of 8 but sat with empty glasses until we could get a waiter’s attention).

Their web site license expired in August and they don’t seem interested enough to get it renewed. This is a restaurant on the slide and we won’t be going there again – it’s not like there aren’t plenty of alternatives in the area. Avoid.

just had a lovely meal we were not rushed, and the atmosphere was great, staff were pleasant, attentive and had a great sense of humour. The food was very good the
best i have had for ages. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will be returning in September for my birthday.

I recently went here with my family. The toilet floor issue has now been resolved. Again it was really good food and they didn’t mind the kids making a mess.

Very disappointing. Incredibly slow service, despite the fact that it wasn’t very busy at all. I had the Chicken Jaipur which was pretty bland with not much to it. The Cheese and Keema naan was a bit on the burnt side too.

have been here lots of times and every time the service and food has been excellent so well done.
have also had a couple of takeaways and found the service and standard of the food exactly the same as if you were in the restaurant. so you have a happy customer here and i am going there tonight with a couple of girls from work, lets see what they think.!!!!!

The service was very poor. Even though we were the only ones in there at one point there were no staff to service us. We had to ask for our first drinks after about 30 minutes of arriving. The food was okay but I have had better, I was warned that the dish I ordered was a hot dish but found it to be on par with a medium spiced dish.

Hear great reviews about this place. The food was LOVELY… the best so far. Service not so great.

My main of Chicken Pathia (sweet n sour) was just sublime. Highly recommended…. not too spicy, not too mild. Disappointed at lack of desserts… plenty on offer, but only 2 ice creams available. Service was average to say the least, and I felt at the end of the evening the staff seemed keen to rush us out and get packed up – a big no, no.

7 out of 10… but this is just based on the food.

Err. I don’t understand what was going on. Some men were going somewhere to fight some other men for some reason. There were lots of macho ramblings about something or the other and some tattoo shop was there for some reason. I felt like my wife must feel when I force her to endure some half decent action movie. This was pants.

I was initially impressed, the starters were really good with some nice colourful dips that tasted spicy and aromatic. The main course, however, was not so great. Two of us ordered Murghi Marsalla but asked for it madras hot. I like this dish as it has both tandoori chicken pieces and minced lamb mixed in a thick sauce with a boiled egg (sliced in this restaurant’s version). When it arrived it was announced as Murgh Narangee which is similar to murgi marsalla but with less spice and with an omlette on top. We said that we did not order this but the waiter did not believe us so checked the order ticket. He then said that there was something wrong as the ticket said murgi marsalla but the order was murgh narangee. He took the dishes back to the kitchen but then returned them to us saying that they were in fact murgi marsalla. It was not spicy at all so I complained again and was told that the chef had been ‘lenient on the spices’ as they did not know how hot we wanted it. (We did ask for madras hot that should have been a clue!). They provided a dish of chopped chillies to add to the dish but all this did was add the occasional heat to the insipid flavourless boiled mince dish. We were asked at the end if everything was okay with the meal, I again complained about our dishes but the waiter simply asked ‘Apart from that was everything okay?’ Well, yes, apart from getting the wrong dish that was not very nice and still being charged full price for it and apart from the long delay between main course and desert, and apart from the pricey bill, everything was great.

Awful. No tits or fanny. It was just boring South American dictators and brain-dead soldiers…. LOTS of talking, talking, talking… and seeing the ‘old’ cast made me realise how old I am getting. It was embarrasing seeing Sly/Mickey Rourke/Arnie and co in HD.. as it showed their age terribly in High Definition!

Good explosions at the end… but by then you are just desparate for the end to come… if you’ve lasted that far.

Did I say there was talking in it?
